"Not sure why they have almost 5 stars. Yeah you get a happy birthday card in the mail but the office is not helpful. I've never once spoken to Vivian in the 3 years I've been with her. They have no clarity into any information around claims and certainly won't help you, and then on the phone they'll tell you that you don't know what you're talking about, as if you don't have more information than them because it's your car and your claim. Extremely demeaning, and again, zero help in getting a car claim taken care of. Will definitely be canceling my entire state farm insurance after over 7 years with state farm. What a nightmare."
